Not only one, but two events during the weekday. We packed up from Bucher Elementary and traveled to Harrisburg for the Pennsylvania School Board Association Convention. We can now add Dauphin County DJs, Mixed Impressions.  They bring in students from all over the state of Pennsylvania.  The cool thing about these students is they get to know each other as is evident in the picture below with them dancing.

Again, more fun with these students dancing as they get into a circle as friends.

This is always a fun event with the kids coming back from a dinner and it is then time to unwind. That they did. Check out some more fun pictures below in our slide show.

A some what rare weekday event, but for the past three years we have come to Bucher for the Halloween Fall Fling. The students come dressed and we even had a bear sighting as you see below.

This is always a fun time. The parents come out with games of chance and fun stuff to do throughout the evening. Then at the end of the night it’s prize time. Tons of donated prizes are given away. We have a few more fun pictures below.

Friday, August 12, 2011, Mixed Impressions had music going at the Ephrata Community Pool. During this time we played judge and jury on a diving competition. Scoring the students that did as they wished in a the pool. We covered scores and crowned a Champion!

This was an event sponsored by the Ephrata Recreation Center. It was a nice warm night in August and over 100 studnets came out and did was swimming and even some dancing! Thanks again to the Rec Center!

All I can say is P-A-R-T-Y! Mixed Impressions DJs had the enjoyment of going to Bent Creek for a house party. Contracted till 11:00pm but going till after 1:00am! Music that came out of the 80′s and early 90′s was the genre for the night. The classic hip-hop fun music from the era.

We simply made some room in the house and people just danced the night away. Thanks to the Klingensmith’s for having MIDJs to come and entertain. We carry a vast variety of music from all eras of music. We look forward to the party again next year.   

There is no event to big or to small for Mixed Impressions DJs. On Friday June 17, 2011, we traveled across town for our neighbors who were celebrating their daughter’s graduation from school. What a fun event. Basically just some background music, but the opportunity to “hangout” with the neighbors was awesome. Here you see Dad goofin’ behind the graduation girl.

On June 4, 2011, for the second year in a row, we have worked with representatives at the Pennsylvania Virtual Charter School for what is their Graduation / Prom all in one night event. Students from all over the state come together in Harrisburg for an event with all of them graduating first and then a Prom to follow. It’s a great event.

MIDJs has done many state wide events over the years and this is another one we have been lucky enough to add to our list of events. It is a blast to bring students from all four corners of the state for a very memorable night. Thanks to the PA Virtual Charter School.

Again on Thursday night May 12, 2011, Mixed Impressions found home at the Bucher School in Manhiem Township for their Spring Fling. We played some tunes, took requests, and did a lot of MC work in keeping the night going with door prizes etc. They had a lot going on. Just look at the people going from raffle game to game.

We do a fall event and now we have had the privilege of entertaining in the Spring as well. It’s just so much fun and the money helps out the school. Lots to do, lots of door prizes, and more. Good times for all in attendance. We have so many more pictures. Thanks to Tonya and Bucher for having Mixde Impressions. We are very happy we can help out entertaining this event.

For the past several years, we have had the honor of entertaining at the state wide Army Heritage Foundation Convention held for both middle and high school students throughout the state of PA. This annual event is held at Millersville University. This brings several hundreds of students from districts all over the state. We were lucky enough to have a lot on the dance floor as you can see in the picture.

We always look forward to this annual event. Thanks Army Heritage for having Mixed Impressions DJs, Lancaster County’s leader in DJ entertainment for school events. We have a few more pictures below.

On Friday, April 1st we had our Ephrata Rec Dance for which DJ Mark Haines had the pleasure of entertaining this night. Always fun times had by all at the Rec Center dances. I would encourage any junior high student from Ephrata or Cocalico to come out and have some Friday nioght fun at the Rec!

Following this, DJ Mark traveled to Dauphin County to Hershey High School for the 4 Diamonds Mini THON.

Matt Haines from Mixed Impressions got this party started at 6pm and it lasted all night long till 6am! Yahoooo ! What a great cause to have a marathon. MIDJs has had the pleasure of entertaining this even since its inception over 16 years ago! That being said this event features lots to do for the students all night long. This is a great event that we look forward to year after year, and would encourage any school to contact the 4 Diamonds through the Hershey Medical Center. Check out some more fun pictures below.

On March 25th Mixed Impressions had their second father / daughter dance in less than a month and fourth in less than a year. They are becoming a big hit and MIDJs seems to be specializing in them.

Thanks to the Manhiem Township Recreation Commission and Terry Hildebrand for inviting us for this event. As you see below we have great interaction with the Fathers and the daughters dancing together.

As you see everyone gets dressed up and the daughters just have a great time, and MIDJs plays it all from the Hokey Pokey to the Cha Cha and all the fun stuff along with this event. Check out some of the daughters below dancing.
