When one looks at the reception, it’s a fact that the DJ is there from the first cocktail till the last dance. The entertainment has the potential to make or break your day. WHO WE ARE… 

The term “DJ” is gone. At MIDJ we not only do the DJ work, but we entertain and MC an event. In this case a wedding reception.

As an MC we keep the event moving with any and all announcements throughout the reception. This may also include dismissing tables, contact with the other vendors at your reception (video, caterer etc.). And any other assistance to the bride and groom.

As the “Entertainer” we promote the happiness of the day! This is done by crowd involvement, which may or may not involve fun props, and the party music. The focus for the Entertainer is the Bride & Groom.  The atmosphere is fun filled, good times to be had by all!

HOW WE DO IT… 

 We send out what we call a “Reception Event Sheet” (RES), a 5 page questionnaire, asking the couple every detail of the reception, from the first cocktail song to the final goodbye. In the meeting with the Bride & Groom we cover the RES in detail for a worry-free wedding reception performed by the experts of Mixed Impressions Disc Jockeys Entertainment !
